Does anyone have a ticklish back?

So I have had this for a while, but when anyone speaks behind me, their voice is directed towards my back, I get a tingling sensation which causes me to arch my back. It also happens when I go to the salon to do my hair. The noise of the hair dryer tickles me. haha does anyone happen to know what the problem is? I have scoliosis, does that have anything to do with it?
