Scared! HELP!?!?!?!?

ok, randomnly today, i wuz sittin in cl, listenin to a presentation . and all of a sudden i had this pain in my stomach . it felt like i got kicked in the nuts. and it also felt like my nut wuz a little soar. i checked my nut if there wuz a lump, and nothin wuz there. wut could it be??? earlier today, i had cereal in the morning, and then had donuts and coffee. could it have been a stomach ache? and also my back hurt for two seconds way before this happened.
