Delusional halitosis/halitophobia ?

hello i have a friend who had delusional halitosis/halitophobia . shes had this for about 6 years... she ask me as well as others if they have noticed her breath as far as having bad breath. ive known her all of my life and im uring you she does not she has perfect teeth and she visits the dentist regular if not alot. shes been to a doctors and every ones telling her its all in her head...so im putting this on here cause she wants to know if anyone else is suffering or having the same symptoms . her doctor told her she had maxillary and she thinks that causes her to have rotten smelling breath saying she has a clear post nasal drip in her mouth some of this i think is all in her head, (not the maxillary) but shes making up reasons as to whats causing the bad breath... she says it depends on what she eats that causes it to happen, if she eats CHILI it smells moldy.. if she had chicken it smells like feces , or a skunk.. shes afraid to exhale or eat foods that make it worse.. shes lost a ton of weight due to this and its getting worst she never goes places unless she has to and she talks with her had over her mouth.. please please help me she doesn't know that she has halitophobia but im researching online for her and no ones tells what there phobias consist of so im looking for answers to tell her shes not alone and how to help thia fear.. sry for it being so long
