okay so i want to learn how to do giants soo bad. for 2 days during my high school winter season i tought myself how to do cast handstand. while there not the best i still can do it. Now i do spring seson with new better coaches and i want to ask them to teach me how to do gaints on the strap bar. just a few questions i have first. when you practice them on the strap bar do you use girps? and if you do, do you get really bad blisters from jsut the strap bar ? i dont care if i do i jsut wnat to know. thanks for the answeres! :)
