I am filming an online commercial, what's a fair asking price? Also, what's a decent camera to rent/use?

A business contacted me recently asking me to shoot and edit a commercial which is going to be shown on their website. It is going to be about 3 minutes and they already have the layout. I need to rent the equipment as well. So the boom mic, the camera, and the tripod. What would be a decent camera to rent and what would be a fair asking price?
