What are the withdrawal symptoms for Ritalin?

I have been diagnosed with bi-polar under a year ago and my mood has mostly been stabilized. But i recently brought up to my therapist that it is hard for me to focus. So he tested me for ADHD and concluded that i had it. So he prescribed me Ritalin. ( A bit of background, i am a sixteen year old junior very light alcohol and marijuana user but i quit both, i have also recreationally taken aderall before i was diagnosed twice). So as soon as i got my perscription i started abusing planning only for once in a while. Well i have done a lot (40 pills in 6 days) and i NEED to stop. Now that i've read the effects. But my question is how long will the emotional withdrawel last since i only abused for a week and not months or years (i havent had any withdrawal yet since i am on my last dose right now). I am aware of the symptoms already. So if anyone knows pleeasee reply i am dying for an answer. I will also never abuse again so i really don't care for any lectures on that. Thanks
