What do you think about a food court in NYC?

A food court that could include a seating space and "restaurants corners" all around the seating areas. It could include restaurants that do not need kitchen like Sandwiches bar, a salad bar, a pasta station, an omelette station, a sushi bar... All in one place but different restaurants! I saw it in many places around the world, I loved it and wondered how about you, New Yorkers (I am also living in NY and thought I would eat there almost everyday!) ?
