I ordered a customised Nike ID shoulder bag to take to uni? I received it today?

And it was cl from the front but when I checked the personalization inside it had some other girls name?!? I contacted Nike and they said it will take 3 days to get a returns authorization code to send it back and apparently I have to pay for postage and make sure it gets there? What the hell?
